Great Customer Service
I ordered from Kidly last week, my order was for a guitar and two recorders. Unfortunately, when it arrived, I had received completely the wrong order. I contacted Kidly via their live chat and spoke to Lindsay who was so helpful. She got the recorders resent out straight away and they arrived today (next day.) The guitar had unfortunately gone out of stock so she issued a refund for this item but explained they would be coming back in next week so talked me through how to get restock notifications as well as adding a free delivery voucher to my account so I won’t have to pay delivery again when I reorder the guitar. The issue was rectified so quickly and Lindsay truly went above and beyond to give me confidence in the service that Kidly offer. The items are also beautiful and such high quality. Not only will I be reordering the guitar, I will also be placing more orders in the future.

We order from Kidly a lot and it is honestly one of the best customer experiences we have ever had! They have great sales on and offers regularly and super easy to get hold of. Highly recommended! They clearly care about what they do too!

Purchased a waterproof suit from here. The price was very good and it arrived quickly. I love the colour, it fits perfectly and it’s relatively easy to put on( when she stays still!).
Now I’ve found this site I’ll definitely be returning for more again soon.

Good customer service
I had an issue with a faulty Dutchie Walker. I explained it didn’t screw together. Tried to return it but Evri kept cancelling (worst courier company btw) and so they refunded me regardless. The whole process was long but Kidly kept in contact & tried really hard to sort out Evri. My only suggestion is switch to DPD.

I had a minor issue with a little Dutch dolls house peice. Rose and her team at Kidly went above and beyond to contact their supplier who were so helpful in providing a replacement piece. I will definitely use both Kidly and little Dutch (whose quality of product is Excellent my children love it) again. Thanks so much for your help!

Great customer service
Ordered lots of times and love all the products. Always have lots of options from lots of different brands. Had an issue with a liewood ice lolly tray and was resolved very quickly with a very quick response time to my initial email. Thanks kidly!

Great product and customer service
I ordered some of Kidly’s own brand weaning bibs with sleeves for my twins after being impressed with the product I then placed a second order. In total I have 8 of these bibs.
Unfortunately one of the bibs velcro fastener became unstitched after a couple of uses. I contacted Kidly and within an hour of sending an email they had responded and resolved the issue!
I would 100% order from here again.
Outstanding customer service
Oh my goodness, what an excellent example of amazing customer service! Wrong size was sent and they were so apologetic, helpful and sorted it straight away with minimal action from me which was a refreshing change. Would 100% recommend as the products are lovely and service outstanding.

What’s not to love!
I love Kidly as they have a wide range of items for my little boy from clothes and shoes to toys, books and all things toddler! I also love the short articles on a variety of subjects related to parenting and there are so many brands to choose from. The customer service is great when you need it and there are a choice of delivery options as well as rewards for being a regular customer. What’s not to love!
Im very disappointed in Kidly
EDIT: Kidly very kindly sent a replacement to me very quickly so I'm very happy with the service from them. The second one has fortunately not broken.

Im very disappointed in Kidly. I ordered from them because I wanted to get something that would last.
I got a snowsuit for my daughter from them a couple months ago. My daughter has only worn it a few times because it hasn't been that cold this year and today the zip broke on the thing.
I can't believe it! What a waste of money!
Last year I got her a secondhand one and she outgrew it before it could break.
Almost perfect
Ordered a few things for my nephew in advance of Christmas. It would have been 5 stars but for a little fault on one of the characters that came with the Badaboom Badabump book - it's not Kidly's fault as it's a sealed pack - but still a little disappointing because it was a Christmas present.

Very good follow up customer service
I recently reviewed Kidly and had to give a poor score because of a poor quality product and not replying to my emails. They have since contacted me and offered a replacement and their apologies, pointing out that they had not received my emails. (I don’t know what happened there.) The replacement wooden tea set is what I expected: a lovely, well made product with no rough patches. Very good follow up customer service.

Not the perfect order but still a very happy customer
My recent order was delayed so I contacted customer service. Reply on the chat was almost immediate and over the course of the weekend they worked very hard to resolve my order, they even offered a little gesture of goodwill. Whilst I didn’t get the bag I ordered on time, I would still use Kidly again based on the level of customer service provided.
